Sinkers and Floaters

Officially my 2nd comic series!  I swear this is becoming a 2nd series lately next to the CLASSIC Derpy/Spitfire comics which so many of you seem to absolutely royally hate to the core and I can say to shove it cause that series is fun as hell to make.    I swear though, these Rara and AJ comic with the camp are just fun as hell to make cause there's SOOO MUCH stuff for me to make up and work with.  Last off-season I almost was tempted to jsut do the entire off-season and stuff with a series of comic just with them like crazy.  I am actually still considering it still to this say but I am happy doing these nice and spaced out as they are.  I think I have more freedom.  Easy muffin this time....I didn't hide a secondary muffin in this one.  This is a free-bee but don't expect the next few to be so easy. 


So yeah I worked my absolute ass off on this comic.  I never done the BGs like this before...well...I have done camp friendship type BGs on the last AJ/Derpy comic but this one was a whole level more than that.  I had to use a couple different ideas for finish lakes around pony ville as a guide for making the dock itself.....even though they were totally useless in the end...I practically made up this entire comic and stuff using one screen cap of the camp friendship in the EP and just a BG pan back idea from the Camp Everfree movie.  I will say that Coloratura is starting to get easier in a way for me to make....the problem still is that damn hair.  It's so tricky to get right....there's how the shape is but then you have so much color and gradients inside.  I think I spend like 2 hours with her hair alone on this comic for all her panels.    It was crazy.  AJ though....she is probably the 2nd easiest pony to make these days next to Derpy.  I pretty much have her pattern ingrained again....thought I will likely lose it when I do EP comics again.  That sucks a little.   


Anyway I love this comic series off Camp Friendship randomness.  I have a LOT of comics with these 2 in mind so this is gonna be a 2nd series with Derpy/Spitfire still taking the OBVIOUS priority on which I do first.    Let's see....next week I am at Anime Milwaukee but I just need to polish up an anthro I just recently finished so that will be ready to rock and stuff as usual despite me at the convention.  Onward to the stuff.....should be getting S7 stuff rolling soon....as soon as I get the synopses I will get a head start.
