First off.....I'm loving my one month break!  


Ok I needed to get that out of the way.  So now that I FINALLY got my Christmas pic done and out of the way I can started getting to work on the other stuff I've...well got back up with.  THANKS COLLEGE AND FINALS!  UGH!    Well the good this is that I won't have to deal with those for several weeks so I gotta get going on stuff.


I gotta get get my next Mario comic out...that's been on a massive hold.  Ummm requests....sorry guys for waiting.  I'll get going on those.  I also have an interesting Spyro/anime anthro crossover pic i'm working on.  I've never done anthro before so this may be quite fun....especially with the screenshot I'm trying to convert to Spyro.    


So I got my work cut out for me this break but it's gonna be F.U.N.!  Well back to drawings....I got a lot to but I'm not stressing out since there's not schoolwork on top of this.

Yeah I'm almost fully recovered from whatever I caught at my college.  I should write them a nasty letter for being stupid and getting A LOT of us sick.  Seriously about 9 of my friends all got sick the same day I did.  I blame them for shutting down the heat 2 days before we left for break.    Stupid!


Ok rant off.  Anyway I'm back livestreaming and I gotta really make up time I missed not working on this pic the last 2 days.  I might work on this for most of the night....really just coloring, shading, and working on the background....is left.  But it's a lot to do...UGH!  Anyway if you wanna watch go here....[link]

Man there's was something going around my college a few days before they let us out for our break and I caught whatever it was on Friday.  I could not work on this drawing at ALL the last 2 days cause my head was spinning and it got really bad.  My eyes could not focus on my drawing without be feeling dizzy....not from the pic but my eyes were sensitive to the light.    I usually don't get sick....but this one felt like I got punched in the head.


Well I'm feeling much better and I basically slept a ton the last 2 days.  Still got a headache but it's MUCH better than it was.  So I'll be continuing the livestream of my Christmas pic on Sunday.....after football.  Hey I gotta watch football......I come from a football watching family.

What a miserable way to start a one month break.  I'm literally dead tired and I might actually fall asleep on my cumputer while typing this.    So I apologize for those of you hoping to catch me livestreaming my Christmas pic today.  I really am exhausted and I kind of blame the fact my Friday final was at 8am, the dorm was freezing the last to days, and it's COLD outside.  UUUUUGHHHHHH!


So hopefully all I need is just a really goodnight sleep and I'll be good to go tomorrow.  Seriously I'm not going to delay this pic anymore because I'm sick.  I'm going to try and continue working on it Saturday afternoon.  I'll remind you guys when I'm livestreaming.  Hopefully I'll be feeling much better tomorrow.  Oh.....man....I gotta...sleeeee-

Oh freaking yes!  My one month Christmas break has OFFICIALLY begun!    No homework, no classes, no teachers.....just relaxation and drawing!  I'm gonna make the most of this break because after 4 months of hard class work I can finally take a relax and draw without homework or projects hanging over my head.  


Last 3 weeks are an absolute nightmare to say the least and I didn't get too much drawing done.  I think I'll fix that with this break now.  So I think to celebrate this occasion I'll live stream more of my Christmas pic.......in a little bit.  Final was at 8am EST this morning so I REALLY need a nap to get my mind in gear.  I'll be sure to let you know when I'm gonna go online.  I'M SO HAPPY RIGHT N-....*falls asleep on keyboard*....

Very quite day on DA everywhere it seems.  Anyway, THAT WAS A FUN 3 HOURS!  So I'll be livestreaming the last bit of the linearting on the Christmas pic around 730PM EST or so.  Kind of sucks for those of you overseas but don't worry....I'll be coloring it tomorrow....that is if I can finish all the remaining lineart tonight.    I REALLY need to study for my last exam too soooooo we'll see how far I get.  





Well everyone I FINALLY rough sketched my Christmas pic.  Still haven't got a final idea for a background but Storm and Celsia are done.  I will be livestreaming this pic there ENTIRE way but I may only do the lineart right now.  I still have one more final exam tomorrow...8am.....UGH!  This stinks....I wanna go HOME!  I want my one month break to start.  Hate seeing how 80% of the campus has left already and I'm stuck here for one more day.    Well at least there's 5 inches of snow on the ground.

Well my 2 hardest finals are over with...SUPER EPIC WIN!  Now I can basically coast until my last final exam at 8am Friday. So what does that mean you say?  Well it means I actually have SMALL window of opportunity to continue sketching my Christmas pic on paper.  I REALLY want to get the paper sketch done by Wednesday evening so I can lineart the freaking thing Thursday....well till Thursday afternoon...cause then I gotta get back to studying.  


Honestly I didn't want this to be a super long update cause that's all I am working on at the moment.  I just checked my 'To Do List' again and it's frightening how many requests I gotta do.  Everything in my college life the last 3 weeks just back up all my projects I wanted to work on.  Thank god it's almost over.  Friday really needs to come now....I NEED this one month break!    


Well that all for now....I will be putting a lot of effort the next 48 hours to get the lineart done on this Christmas pic.  Lost sleep the last 2 nights thinking about angles and poses and I basically said "Screw it....this is the final design!".  So....IF I am able to get this rough sketch done by Wednesday night I MAY livestream a sneak peak of the pic on Thursday.  Just don't expect anything exciting...it will be just linearting if I do it.

So finals week....we meet again.  I SO hate finals week. It's just pure all out studying for 24 hours and the lack of drawing this time around is just sad.  So many 8am finals.....not fun at ALL!    


Well I don't want to talk about finals week because well....I hate it so much.  Let's talk about something different.  So yeah I was a little productive this past weekend.  Got a stamp out that was not planned at all and I got my 2010 summary out....that was planned.  I started rough sketching my Christmas pic on paper but I realized halfway through it that the design looked stupid and I got a much better suggestion from someone here on my campus.  It's actually going to be a little more complex than I originally planned....especially for a flight pic....for me at least.  Gonna be a tough draw.    


So I got not much to say.  Tough week ahead....I COULD get my rough sketch on this new Christmas pic done by Thursday since I have no finals Wednesday and Thursday.  However, then comes a nice one month Christmas break from the Dec 17th-Jan 12th.  I can't wait cause I will have no homework....so that means cranking out drawings.  Well back to studying....for now.

Well everyone this is the part of the school year where everything is just about the explode all at once.  Finals week.  UGGGGGGGHHHHHH!    I HATE finals week because....well.....it's finals week and it's just nonstop studying for exams.  I basically can't do anything else BUT do that.  It's a crime I tell you!  What's that wonderful phrase I use during this time.....oh yeah....HAKUNA MATATA!  So where does that leave me as of right now.....how about I give you list.  Weekend, Finals week, Break:  


1)  Weekend - Ok well the put it simply I HAVE NO MORE HOMEWORK FOR A MONTH!    Also it's the weekend so I have time to draw a little bit.  Likely will not have anything out execpt a small thing but that's about it.  I gotta really start studying for 4 exams....2 monday, one tuesday, one Friday.   It's gonna be a marathon.  


2)  Finals week - Well finals week....ummm yeah I will basically do nothing on Monday and Tuesday BUT here's a good thing...I will do some more sketching on my new stuff Tuesday night - Thursday afternoon.  Then it's one more final on 8am Friday and then I'm DONE for a month!


3) Christmas break - Not gonna go into much more detail right now than this.....December 17th-January 12th is the break.  NON-STOP DRAWING!  


So yeah....very interesting time for the Tox.  But my marathon semester of college is just about done for 2010.  It's been so rough these last 3 weeks.  I'm literally dead but I gotta push on till next Friday.  Then I can draw all I want.  Speaking of which did you guys see my 'To do list'?    Seriously that's a lot of stuff that's just piled up the last 3 weeks and my goal during break is to get almost ALL of it done.  I have a really sick anthro Spyro/Anime crossover idea I want to get to SO bad.  But I might need to work on the Christmas pick with Storm and Celsia first.  You guys voted you wanted them in it so I might just get started on that now.


Anyway I think I did enough writing...hopefully it wasn't a marathon to read like these last 3 weeks have been.  Well time to rough sketch some new stuff and study.  Really should get a traditional drawing or two out.....I have an amazing colored pencil set just sitting here.  Hmmmmmmm.....*grabs purple pencil*

Well that was SO much fun.  It feel like a new person and inspiration is very high right.    So much snow has fallen on my campus the last 5 days it's insane and there's more on the way.  Already it's 8 inches of snow....EPIC WIN!  So folks if you haven't checked out my new dragon Celsia please do.  I spent a great deal of time the last several days live-streaming and putting her together.  Really sacrificed time doing my homework to get her done.  I'm fairly happy with the result but there's definite room for improvement with her.  I threw in a Kingdom Hearts design onto her and if you can figure out where I got it from I'll give you several bagels as a reward.  


Now what's in store for me you say.  Well I have an idea all planned out for my Christmas pic but trying to find time to do it over the next week will be tough.  It's finals week for me and the end of the school semester.  Things can get a little crazy.  I might be able to start doing a rough sketch on paper during the weekend but that's about it.  Will say that's my MAIN picture I will be working on next.  I have another comic just about ready to go and a fun little thing I'm putting together for myself.  So hopefully the drought of releasing art is over....should be since I have no more homework from now till my Christmas break begins on the 17th of December.  I can't wait for break because I literally will be cranking out drawings over a month.  Also I need to get started on these request picks.  Sorry guys for waiting.  


Well I'm off for now....gotta enjoy all this snow I got.  Time to break out the green disk sled of epicness!  

QUICK UPDATE ON THIS!  Make it around 2:15pm EST....it's only 15 more mins.  Professor decided to add another student go for presentations today.  Don't worry it will be out.    



So yeah I decided to cut off the livestream because I'm not gonna totally spoil the final outcome.  I FINALLY GOT A GREAT NAME FOR HER!  One of my roomates thought of it and it's brilliant.  Not giving it away until I release her to the world.  So folks I'm gonna finish the rest of it tonight, expect it to be out sometime around 2PM EST on Wednesday.  It went detail crazy on this drawing.  Think it was a little daring and MAJORLY insane on my part.  I really hope you guys like it when I get it out tomorrow.  The amount of detail on scales I put into it should be worth it.    My wrist has finally gave way....it's dead.


So I gotta got back to finishing this up.....and doing homework.  Tomorrow will be the big day.  I promise....no more waiting!  IT WILL BE OUT TOMORROW!

Yup it's snowing once again.  Already have 4 inches or 10 cm of snow on campus....and it's not gonna stop anytime soon.  Forecasts are calling for another 4-6 inches of fresh powder and that's just fine with me.  I actually have been looking at the forecasts and I'm in agreement with them.  LET IT SNOW!  I'm loving it!  :jolly:


SOOOOOO because of this I feel like livestreaming the rest of my new dragon.  Been getting some feedback on a name for the new dragon and some are no bad.  I thought of Crystal just literally 2 seconds before I fell asleep (so original) but got another idea from someone to call her Aquacia.  That's not bad and it's clever.  She's an ice/water/both dragon.  We'll decide that when this is done.  Anyway you know the drill....[link]


I'm really loving this snow!    It's not gonna stop!

It's still snowing!  FREAKING EPIC WIN!    Well it might not be much but it's been snowing at a since Saturday afternoon at my college.  Really light stuff but at times it's picked up.  It has me in a very good mood....so good that I finished my rough sketch and I feel like livestreaming for a little bit.    Won't be up immediately since I have to restart  my computer and I'm hungry BUT I should be up around 6pm.  Likely will be doing just the linearting tonight then colorin it tomorrow.

Seriously this is annoying.  It's snowing for a little bit and then it just stops for like 3 hours.  Then it picks up again....stupid Lake Effect snow showers.    If these band of snow stay over my college we can get a nice covering of snow.  I like snow.....good inspiration and motivation.  I have that going for me right now.....it rocks!  


Now back to drawing.  I have the colors finally down on my new dragon but man the design changed so much in the last 24 hours.  Remember I didn't draw at all this past week due to a HW load that I've never experienced before.  It was a marathon and I couldn't rough sketch the edits I made until just last night.  Honestly it's coming out better than I expected BUT I basically have to redo the entire drawing.  There's so many edits I made that there's no way I can lineart this....have to redo this....but have no fear.  I will be working non-stop all day to get this completed...well this new sketch anyway and if I'm lucky I could do a livestream sneak peak on Saturday night....but more then likely it will happen on Sunday.


Well.....looks like there some snow flurries again.  Doubt there's gonna be much snow today....forecast calling for a better chance for heavier amounts in Sunday for NY State.  Anyway gotta go work on this drawing....and listen to some crazy good video game soundtracks in the process.

Man what a week this was.  I've NEVER had as busy of a week of school in my life.  So much homework......BUT I got it all done.  Now it's back to the normal level of HW from here on out AND because of that I can draw again!  WHAT AN EPIC WIN!  Only 2 more weeks till my ONE MONTH OFF for Christmas break!  I'm going to wreck that break with drawings.  Now I have some goals for the weekend and I guess so far people want me to livestream my next dragon drawing.  Interesting....I thought people would want to to be a surprise.  


Well if I am going to livestream this it very well might be on Sunday.  I could not work on ANY drawings this week and I'm behind of that.  Also my design for my new dragon has changed quite a bit so I gotta go back and edit him.  I like what I'm thinking....now I have to finally redraw it.  Oh well....I take this as an adventure.


Oh and look as I'm writing this it's starting to snow....they are calling for about 1-3 inches of snow or for those who use the metric system 3-8 cm over the next 3 days....I like it.  Not much snow this school year so far....why is Europe getting so much snow right now?  UGH!  Well now I have inspiration and this puts me in a good mood.  WIN!    Well gotta go back to listening in class.  Be officially back drawing this evening.....maybe have a funny chat or two with people on AIM....haven't used it in a while.  You want in?  Just ask me.

Hooray for a short KH reference but feel like I have the 13th Struggle music as my background life music right now.  Anyway I'm actually alive but man what a insane start to this week.  Honestly the amount of homework that's just upon me is just ridiculous BUT I did get a nice refreshing bit of news that did lower my stress level for now.  Apparently my Chemistry professor decided to push his big assignment that was due Wednesday....to Friday.    This is a blessing.  A HUGE blessing.  Now my homework due this week is much more spread out and I actually have a great schedule planned on how to attack this.  Now about that Meteorology class presentation on Thursday....


UGH!  I just really want to finish rough sketching up my new dragon for Storm.  However that along with everything else is on hold....until Friday afternoon.  Once Friday comes I'll be able to get a normal schedule down again for the weekend and I just MIGHT livestream the pick.  Haven't decided on that or not.   We'll see how far I get.  Not making any guarantees.  Any ideas you guys have on a name.....know there's nothing to be shown and colors....well I'm still working on BUT with a name or two I can maybe work out something.  Girl dragon name or guy dragon name...doesn't matter.  I have few so far I'm going on.....Nova, Thunder (LOL), Sapphire, Magnus, Saturn....still working on more.  As I said if you guys have a name suggestion let me hear it!



Anyway thanks for all the support everyone.  This week so far has been a killer on me so far......just gotta push through it.  I NEED BAGELS!  

Well that was a fun 10 day Thanksgiving break.  I love American holidays....I ate so much food and it was just a blast with the family.  BUT back to reality.....college classes are back in action and a VERY TOUGH week is in store.  I have a lot of homework due this week and a very annoying class presentation on Thursday.  Seriously I'm stressed out of my mind right now....usually get 3 of these weeks per semester.  Think this is indeed #3 so this should be the last one before the semester ends in mid-December.  


I have a lot of drawings to get to and it's going to be tough to really get going on them right now.  I will be working on them nevertheless when I have free time this week but don't expect it to be a lot of time until Thursday afternoon.  I will likely get a comic out before then but as far as my next drawing.......probably not till Friday or the weekend.  Sorry guys....it's the college way of life.  


UGH this is not fun.  I really want Christmas break to come NOW......please December 17th hurry up.  Remember to check my "things to do list" to see what I'm working on and how the progress is going on them.  Probably won't change much until Thursday and for that I apologize.


So yeah sorry guys once again....know you want to see some more stuff from me but I'm hoping that DM will keep you entertained for now.  Just REALLY stressed out with HW and a research paper right now.  That presentation/paper is worth 25% of my grade in this one class.  Not gonna be a fun week......well....here we go!  



(One last thing......what's happening right now on DA with all these trolls.  It's like in KH where the darkness was unleashed....I guess the troll door opened as well.  Time to get the keyblade ready.  I already got spammed 2 weeks ago....not a fun morning present.  However what I'm more pissed about is them going after some friends and good people I know here on DA.  Seriously.....it's not cool.  Do these people have a life or real friends?  Stupid people.)

So folks the wait is over.  This was the surprise and secret that I was planning with .  OMG what an epic win this turned out to be.  So much fun work do and basically I work on 5 seperate drawing for it.  Goal for break accomplished.......even though there we just 2 things done.  That DM took me several days to make....my wrist hurts now.  


Well college classes begin and there's just 3 weeks left in the semester....then a whole MONTH off for Christmas break FTW.  Oh I can't wait for that.    It's going to be quite fun I think.  I want to try and get a Christmas pic out in the next several week BUT I'm starting to get very stressed because finals are coming up AND I have a major research paper due in about a week.  Drawing will be at a snails pace for a little bit.  :sadut hey I think that DM should keep you all entertained for a little while.  


Oh and I have started rough sketch a quick dragon friend for Storm.  Gonna be changing it up quite a bit over the next few days but I;m really curious to see where it takes me.  This could get interesting to say the least.  


Anyway I gotta go play Kingdom Hearts....trying to rebeat and I think a trip on board Captain Hook's ship awaits me.....(hmmmmm Pirate Storm?.....HMMMMMMMMMMMMM!)

Well I love Thanksgiving.  AMERICAN HOLIDAYS FTW!    SO much fun.  I ate SO much food.  


So folks the special pic that me and someone else have been working on ALL WEEK is just about ready.....this time.  My part is done and now I'm waiting on __________ to get their part set.  Think it's just about done too.  I can't wait to see how this turned out.  I think many of you will LOVE this secret thing we've worked on.  It better be worth it because I sacrificed so much time not playing Kingdom Hearts for this pic.    


So IF all goes according to plan and __________ is done with their part of the secret thing then we can release it this tomorrow.  Yeah delays are the problem.  Oh well.  Oh and think of this pic as my thanksgiving pic too.....it's full of win and SO worth it.  So time to work on other stuff I've had planned this break.....


Also I'm highly thinking about a new dragon for Storm.  Might use one of my original designs for him and go back and edit them for the new guy.  This should be quite fun.  Don't know is will be his brother, friend, or enemy (just for fun)....I'll see how the sketch goes.
