I wanted to do this immediantely during the entire Derpy crisis but I actually decided to hold off on this one to get some other comic done first. Soo....Celestia was on the one behind the Derpy situation. 
Good thing is that it ended up being the best Celestia and Luna's I've done. I think it's been 4 months since I last drew them. No complaints...they are hard to draw.
Still don't know why it took me this long to do them. Nerves I guess. Anywho....what you think guys? You like? Comments and/or critiques are always appreciated. Onto the next comic!

Vision: Princess Celestia wants to change Derpy? Um, why? I don't really understand this. Trollestia I guess, but she usually has some easy to understand reason though. 2 out of 5 stars.
Originality: How is this original. We all want Derpy to stay the same, with derped eyes and the same name. We all got made when they censored it during "The Last Roundup." It's nothing new. 2 out of 5 stars.
Technique: The letter in the middle is clever, but Celestia's face looks like one of the Flim Flam Brothers. Is this "A Cross and an Arrow"? Is Celestia suddenly a stallion, cause that is a stallion face and snout. 3 out of 5 stars.
Impact: This is a comic. . .how is this funny? Is it supposed to be funny? You had Luna say a punchline for us to laugh at, but how is this funny? Celestia caused the Derpy censoring? That's something to be angry about, not laugh at. Luna's line wasn't even funny either. Luna could've said "No more muffins for us, Sis!" or "Pray that the Doctor doesn't find out about this!" or "Watch out for muffin canons!" or even "We better prepare for the army of angry Bronies!" Sure, it may not have been funny either, but at least they would've been actual jokes. Luna could've said "Derpity, derp, derp, derp!" and that would've been more funny that this! I mean, come one! You know what I got from this? Celestia is a Totalitarianist Dictator that wants to control the lives of ponies like Big Brother in the book "1984". Impact 0.5 out of 5.
Sorry, but you kind of blew it on this one.
Now, on to content: For the most part, I find it funny. However, I am personally against Trollestia/Molestia. I am a Canonical Celestia supporter, and the Trollestia jokes have, undoubtedly, gotten old. However, it would be foolish of me to overlook the humor factor in the comic.
Overall, I find this to be very good and I would give it a 4/5. So what if I'm against Trollestia? Your artwork more than makes up for that.
