Is that all you got?

Happy days for another MLP pic. Grab the toasters....cook a bagel and toss the freaking thing in the air! Seriously....I'm doing it.....ok not really but this is the new pic. This was an interesting pic for just the shear fact of how this spawned. The original idea for this came during the last collab I did with *Veggie55.....when I was sketching Soarin I thought is there something out there with Soarin as a young colt? Turns out there is just one on DA and one on Google. Seriously look on DA....if you don't believe me. It's weird!


Anyway to the pic. Well I wanted a something that is like a young version of Spitfire and Soarin. Almost as if they were the ones that started the Wonderbolts team when they are very young....maybe just a tad older than the Cutie Mark Crusaders. It was not easy doing that.....but I got it for the most part. Uniforms and all once again.


What's really stupid about this image is that I basically had no idea for a background. Unlike in 80% of my pics I have a background in mind....this one I had nothing. Just a simple sky and a few clouds....however I scratched that idea at 2am last night and for the next 3 hours I was trying to make something....anything happen. This is what I came up with....with a dead tired mind. It's ok.....not bad but it should have been better....


So that's all guys. But of an interesting pic to say the least. Oh and did anyone catch how many times I said "something" in this? Think 4...record? Anyway hope you like this....though the background is so-so and I was working on it at 2am-5am. UGH! Sooooo yeah onto the next MLP pic.....this time with a background in mind. Comments?
